Content (Syllabus outline)
1. Basics of heat transfer: conduction, radiation, convection 2. Heat: stationary heat transfer through building envelope, thermal bridges 3. Air: air transfer through building envelope, ventilation 4. Moisture: sources of moisture, moisture in air and porous materials, moisture transport in building envelope, condensation in construction elements 5. Sound: oscillations, wave motion, energy of waves, sound intensity, absorption, sound transmission 6. Light: fotometric quantities, solar radiation spectrum, space illumination, light transmission
