Different ways of terminating the procedure of first instance - following the will of the parties or with the court's decision.

Objectives and competences

To qualify the student for performing of less complicated legal tasks in judiciary (courts, prosecutor's, general attorney's, notary's and practicing lawyer's office), where the basic legal knowledge is sufficient and performing elementary legal tasks in administration and in business. |

Knowledge and Understanding:
- basic knowledge of institutes of civil procedure,
- apprehension of outlines of legal conclusions in the law of civil procedure,
- basic knowledge of the course of civil trial and other civil procedures.

- ability to analyze and synthesize the real cases under the relevant legal provision,
- responsible managing the less complicated legal tasks.
